MACH 4S1 with protective cover for large windows

The protective cover can be opened significantly. The built-in buffer mechanism can gently close the outer cover. Label inventory can be easily checked at any time.

2 label paper scrolls

The label paper roll can be automatically centered and installed onto the paper roll. Can accommodate label base paper of different widths.

3 Carbon ribbon supply shaft and recycling shaft

After sliding into the elastic supply shaft, the carbon ribbon can be adjusted to the center using a movable flange and positioning indicator. You can easily install the carbon ribbon into the printer mechanism.

4 Printing institutions

Pressing the button allows you to significantly open the printing mechanism and thoroughly clean the print head or easily replace the ribbon.

5 print heads

All print heads can be replaced at will. It can be automatically recognized and corrected by the CPU. Important information such as service life, maximum operating temperature, and heating records will be directly stored in the print head. By doing so, the original factory can access these data materials.

6 Penetrating sensors

The penetrating sensor is configured in the middle of the label path to detect the leading edge or punch mark of the label, the trailing edge of the label, and the black line mark. When using labels with double or four row styles, it is possible to switch to another sensor located approximately 10 mm to the left.

7 label guidance

Use the knob on the left to adjust the width of the printing area and center the label.

8 Reflective Sensors

Use adjustable position reflective sensors to detect the leading edge, trailing edge, and black line markings of the label.

10 Peel off board (P-version accessory)

The label backing paper will be guided downwards to the back of the operation panel. The label can be smoothly peeled off from the backing paper through the peeling board.
